Bio: Morley Winograd is the co-author (with Mike Hais) of “Millennial Makeover: MySpace, YouTube and the Future of American Politics.” He is the Executive Director of the Institute for Communication Technology Management at USC’s Marshall School of Business. He served as senior policy advisor and Director of the National Partnership for Reinventing Government (NPR) for Vice President Gore from December 1997 until the end of the Clinton/Gore administration.
