When he speaks, you can tell that he does so with real experience. To his credit he speaks forthrightly about the mistakes he has made, as well as his successes. He is confident without being arrogant, and in fact spoke about the importance of humility and fairness in software business relationships. Very positive experience.

Building a great application such as Confabb with 0 Dollars by sharing the company's shares with the development team! A great example of trust and openess. I think Salim has earned a well deserved drink after this talk!
