The IPPS has reserved a block of rooms at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa in Orlando at a discounted rate of $189.00 single/double occupancy ($209.00 triple/$229.00 quad) plus applicable taxes. Attendees will be responsible for making their own reservations by calling the hotel at 407-827-2727 or (866) 397-6516, and referencing the International Pelvic Pain Society (IPPS). The cut-off date to receive the special rate is September 22, 2008. When reservations are made, a credit card will be required for one night’s room and tax to guarantee the reservation. Individual guest cancellations will be accepted up to 5 days prior to arrival and deposit will be refunded.

Resort Services Program
A daily charge of $13.00 per room per day, plus any applicable tax, will apply to all guest rooms in addition to the room rates. The Resort Services are the following:

* In-room high speed internet access (wired and wireless, guest rooms only)
* Unlimited telephone calls (local, toll-free, domestic and international long distance)
* Two (2) bottles of "bottled" water delivered to guest room daily
